Dr. Alycia Ham Mullins
Dr. Alycia R. Ham-Mullins, DNP, CRNP
Doctor of Nursing Practices, Women’s Health Clinical Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Adjunct Faculty, EMT, Preceptor
Dr. Alycia Ham-Mullins is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, and Doctor of Nursing Practices. She received her Doctorate in Nursing from Drexel University, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her initial healthcare training was acquired while enlisted in the United States Armed Forces and she continued her training at the James Martin Nursing School shortly after. Dr, Ham-Mullins also a graduate of LaSalle University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Drexel University where she obtained her Master’s of Science in Nursing- Women’s Health.
Dr, Ham- Mullins has also serves as a Clinical Adjunct Faculty Member at Thomas Jefferson University School of Nursing and worked for many years as a Registered Nurse in their Labor and Delivery Department. Dr. Ham-Mullins, transitioned from inpatient care and began to offer her knowledge and skills in Private Practice at Axia Women’s Health at Lankenau Hospital in Main Line, Pennsylvania. Currently, she has joined the Einstein Medicine Family and continues to provide holistic quality care to women throughout the life with acute and chronic gynecological conditions. There she also manages the care of high and low risk obstetrical patients.
Dr. Ham-Mullins’ is very passionate about service and education, which led to the successful launch of her childbirth education series to help parents prepare for all stages of pregnancy and the soon to follow childbirth. Dr. Ham-Mullins has been able to collaborate with other service providers, like Cord Blood, who serve as sponsors of her series and provide discounts and resources to her course participants.
Dr. Ham-Mullins education and years of clinical experience have expanded her ability to provide primary care and acute care to women of all ages and to be diverse in providing treatment of women with multiple problems. Her professional research and experiences have influenced her personal mission to care for underserved women and families and provide women’s health education to the masses.


Gabrielle Ham-Jones
Gabrielle Ham-Jones, LMT, CPMT
Massage Therapist , Prenatal and Infant Massage Therapy, Massage Doula, Health Educator, and CE Provider
Gabrielle is a State of Maryland Licensed Massage Therapist. Graduating from the University of Maryland and the Baltimore School of Massage, she embraces Alternative Medicine Therapies that encourage the wellness of the mind, body and spirit. Her practice consists of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular Massage as well as Myofascial Release. Gabrielle also incorporates techniques gathered from training in Thai Massage, Reflexology and Active Isolated Stretching while maintaining the importance of stress management and the proper use of the body in everyday activities. She has completed training in pregnancy and infant massage, hot stone massage and fibromyalgia massage and is also a Massage Doula and Labor Assistant.
Gabrielle's love for alternative therapies began after many years of patient care and service in local hospitals and private physician practice. She has been on staff at the University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins Hospital and School of Public Health specifically working in the areas of patient services, insurance management training and medical ethics. Her experiences with hospital clinical and administrative staff have proven valuable in her transition into the healthcare field as a practitioner. Gabrielle is also an enthusiastic and consistent therapist and instructor, who has been teaching Anatomy and Physiology along with Massage Theory and Bodywork for 16 years. She has developed private career school training curriculum, while serving as Program Director at the Massage Institute of Maryland and Curriculum Coordinator at Carroll Community College. In addition to her clinical, educational and administrative duties, she has taught and continues to offer several Continuing Education Classes and Exam Prep for Massage Therapy Students seeking licensure. Gabrielle is always looking for opportunities to contribute to the growth of this very innovative field by sharing her acquired knowledge and skills with other students ,therapists and patients.


Roshelle Lennon
Roshelle Lennon, DMT, CAPT
Movement Therapist, Fitness/Dance Instructor, Actress, Writer
Roshelle is a Creative Arts Psychotherapist who specializes in dance and movement. As an artist, therapist and teacher she is inspired by the connection between movement and maintaining wellness. Roshelle completed, her formal education at Philadelphia's University of Pennsylvania, where she received her Bachelors in Psychology. She obtained her Masters in Creative Arts Psychotherapy, specializing in Dance Movement Therapy from Drexel University, also in Philadelphia, PA.
Roshelle has since travelled throughout the U.S. South and Central American and Africa performing with step teams, Arts initiatives, and interpretive dance ensembles and hip hop dance troupes. As an employee/entertainer at the “Greatest Place on Earth”, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Nickelodeon, Roshelle has embraced strategies to individualize her workshops to enhance each person’s fitness journey and she continues to broaden her knowledge by studying with teachers and dance organizations across the country.
Roshelle’s innovative choreography and love of dance further enriches her teaching capabilities. Roshelle has also recently, held the Lead role in the Romantic Comedy MANSHOP and has produced a One Woman Show that is currently touring.
Today, Roshelle brings her diverse artistic style to The NEST and is dedicated to teaching and inspiring hope and healing through dance in performance, practice and fitness.
